Solution：

①Reinstall the material correctly, turn it by hand, turn it for a week and then release it, will the shaft automatically rotate, if not then the supply shaft is missing a return spring.

②Adjust the print temperature to meet the print requirements as much as possible.

③Reset the minimum pressure required for printing.

④Reset the correct media feed volume.

2、The causes and solutions of ribbon runout phenomenon.

Cause: uneven compression paper spring and paper limiter is not adjusted in accordance with the range of label width caused by, and not due to the bad quality of the ribbon slitting.

Solution: Adjust the compression paper spring, paper limiter

3、During the printing process of the ribbon, it may appear that the ribbon and the wash mark are stuck together, and after the wash mark is pulled down from the ribbon, the content on the wash mark becomes very blurred.

Reason: The working principle of thermal transfer barcode printer is that one material is transferred to another material through high temperature, but if the printed material melts after this temperature, it will stick to the ribbon.

Solution: Reduce the temperature of the print head, or turn down the pressure of the print head, you can also reduce the printer working environment, such as open air conditioning.

4、The ribbon does not load on the machine, or the ribbon slips on the machine, how to solve?

Observe whether the paper core has obvious deformation, whether it has become obvious oval.
